Day 5 of bulking. Today was leg day. The benefits of doing less cardio is more strength & I've increased quite a few weights. The downside is slowly adding body fat specifically to my stomach, which I knew would happen if I ever tried to bulk. It's definitely a hard change of mindset as I love having abs & low body fatbut for my body as my muscles have a chance to grow to achieve & maintain that means exhausting amounts of cardio, & I'm feeling much better reducing that.
