Hola Gente Bueno como uds saben y los que no, lo que trato de hacer en mi perfil es contarles de mi proceso en el fitness, motivarlos y transmitirles lo que mas pueda sobre este estilo de vida. Actualmente me encuentro en 73 kg después de 4 meses aproximadamente de cutting donde pase de en 24 % de grasa corporal (estaba muy gordo) a un 11% de grasa corporal. (Luego les publicare mis fotos de gordo) . Que viene? ist es eigendlich nützlich zu posen?⁉️ Vor oder nach dem Trainingoder wann⁉️⁉️ Das posing muss gelernt sein.💯✅ Posing nach dem Training🏋️‍♂️💪🏽 ist auf jedenfall eine sinnvolle Sache💯. Das anspannen durchblutet nochmal die Muskeln 💪🏽nur durch konzentrische Spannung. Wer alle Posen durchgeht, der macht quasi ein kurzes Ganzkörper-Durchblutungstraining💪🏽👌🏼. Dabei kommen vorallem auch mal kleinere Muskeln💪🏽 zum Einsatz, die gereizt werden. Das sieht immer so schön aus, ist aber extrem anstrengend. Muskelaufbau eher nein, Verdichtung/Koordination ja. For about a month now I’ve been getting into rock climbing. Last summer I really enjoyed sprint training as it was a form of exercise which I really wasn’t used to, but this takes it to a whole new level. I can do 20+ pull-ups, bench 300+ lbs, and currently weigh over 200 lbs with a good amount of muscle massyet there are guys at this gym who absolutely kick my ass on these walls with physiques that looks like they can’t bench body weight Plus I love the feeling of doing something new because although I’m still pretty new, the progression is so exciting and fast. On my first day I couldn’t climb a beginner wall two difficulty levels below this (5.8) whereas now I’m able to scale an intermediate level wall (5.10b) in under two minutes. For a comparison to fitness, this is like going from not being able to do 10 push-ups to benching 200 lbs. Is it impressive? Not even close, but it’s still a ton of improvement and at a type of athleticism I’m completely new to so I friggen love it Plus this is a great substitute for what some consider to be “boring” forms of exercise/cardio like jogging or hitting the stair-master. The biggest challenge I’ve faced is that weighing this much is actually a HUGE disadvantage and there is a big emphasis on forearm grip strength - something which I have unfortunately NEVER trained. Goal is to keep training into the summer when I cut down, drop ~30 lbs, and hopefully start climbing some serious walls in the intermediate or even advanced levels 🤞🏼

Pequena experiência pessoal. Resolvi , durante 6 dias, seguir minha dieta o máximo possível (80/90%). MEU corpo está HABITUADO aos protocolos, dai a “facilidade”. Não, vc não vai mudar em 6 dias, talvez em 60, então NÃO ESPERE RESULTADO milagroso, mantenha seu foco e tenha paciência Minha semana: + água, treinos REGULARES, melhoria do sono, 15m de cárdio pós treino e não consumi alimentos fora do protocolo proposto pelo meu Nutricionista ( nutricionistaleandrodebrito ). Resultado: Tirei retenção, melhor definição muscular, mais disposição pra treinar e - 1.4kgs na balança. HEY! READ THIS 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 I remember this day like it was yesterday. I had finally got back to training hard after my hamstring tear last summer. I remember posting this and deleting it like three times lol. Why? Because I thought I looked too “small” looking back I feel stupid for ever worrying about what people would think. I’ve learned that in life, we can’t base our actions off of the opinions of others. I had to have a serious conversation with myself and ask myself, “are you really going to compare yourself to the next guy and let that stop you from doing what you LOVE to do?!” And a year later, the answer is NO! NO, I do not give a fuck what he thinks or what she has to say, and neither should you! I love inspiring people to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. I love working out. I LOVE this LIFE! And if you think I’m going to slow down based on your opinion, you are highly mistaken my friend. So for those who support and are down for the ride, I love you.
