Besoin de votre éclairage les amis💡! Ca c’est ma tête de chouette effrayée quand je ne comprends ce qui se passe mais que je dis : « ok bébé on va s’y prendre autrement! » Certains ont regardé ma story hier soir à la sortie de ma séance armsday 💪🏼 qui fut une catastrophe 🙈🤣 Mon corps n’a jamais voulu répondre à ce que je lui demandais de faire. J’avais l’impression que lui et mon cerveau étaient en guerre et que les réseaux de communication avaient été sabotées. En gros « si je connais le con qui a fait sauter le pont! » 🥴😂 bref un passage à vide comme j’en ai rarement eu. Alors j’ai aménagé la séance en faisant les exos avec quasiment pas de poids, et en allant sur les machines plutôt qu’avec les haltères. Ça m’a aidé à finir ma séance . J’ai multiplié les exos au final et j’ai bossé un peu plus en isométrique. C’est comme ça que l’on dit ? 😬 Mais bon rien ne va mal, je relativise et j’avance. Ça vous est déjà arrivé à vous aussi que rien ne répond? Vous avez su à quoi cela était du? Comment avez vous géré? Vous êtes rentrez chez vous? 💪🏽.Never tried these floor presses before , but I saw the 🐐 simeonpanda doing them , so I figured why the hell not right 😂 💪🏽Benefits: while doing controlled reps while doing floor press you considerably increase your explosive strength on your lift. If you are trying to get stronger on bench press this is the way to do it 💪🏽perform 3-6 sets of 15,12,10,7,5,3 - doing this style of training targets both hypertrophy( Muscular size) and Muscular strength (how much weight one can do). This is called the dumbell triceps overhead press, it's a decent accessory to add extra triceps volume in for the week after the important barbell compound exercises of course.
