Petite toute petite forme aujourd’hui tres mal dormi après avoir vu un épisode ultra traumatisant de black mirror j’ai eu du mal à finir ma séance de ce matin manque d’énergie. Ça arrive parfois. Et dans ces moments il faut savoir à la fois écouter son corps pour ne pas prendre le risque de se blesser et faire de son mieux pour mener à bien son training. Mes temps de pause étaient un peu plus longs mais j’étais somnolente rapidement🙏🏻😟 la personne que vous challengez est vous même alors faites ce que vous pouvez aussi bien que vous le pouvez, sachez accepter les hauts et les bas. Les trainings ne sont pas un long fleuve tranquille, on ne peut pas avoir chaque jour le même entrain, la même force, le même enthousiasme. Mais faut continuer son chemin. Garder sa routine et accepter d’avoir été moins performant une fois. J’ai réussi à faire mes exos mais pas trop avancé sur les suspensions et un peu réduit le circuit abdos de fin de séance, c’était un moindre mal. Il est temps de finir cette pu*** de journée et d’aller se coucher pour mieux repartir demain! Considering the tricep makes up 75% of the arm it’s important to make sure you are training this muscle group effectively if you want impressive arms. Couple of tips to follow when focusing on this muscle group. I tend to start by using a larger multi joint movement that’s enables me to push heavy loads when training triceps. Dips and close bench press are great alternatives for pushing larger loads with triceps. Make sure your able to target all three heads, yes three. Triceps consist of the long head, lateral and medial head. Hit the long head by using overhead movements with cables, EZ bars and Dumbbells. Lateral head can be targeted using close grip push downs, kickbacks and skull crushers. Medial head is often left out due to it being the smallest of the three heads. Incorporate reverse grip push downs to hit this effectively during your training sessions. I tend to use a lot of drop sets during my training so always incorporate some kind of finisher movement at the end of your workout to make sure you’ve really hit them hard. Try this drop set with cable pull downs on your next workout. Set 1- heavyset weight m - failure Set 2 - deficit 20% - failure Set 3 - deficit 40% - failure Set 4 - deficit 60% - failure Set 5 - deficit 80% - failure Start your failure sets with a tempo of 3130 once you hit maximum fatigue failure reps again with some momentum.
