Build your legs The legs are often not a major priority in a lot of bros training programs. If anything, there is usually just a measly leg day thrown in that consists of squats and a few leg machines. The legs should not be neglected❗️The lower body is comprised of several large muscle groups and therefore need to be trained more than just once a week. You don’t don’t dedicate just a single day to your upper body. So why lower body? _ Start to train your legs 2-4 times a week. One day should be a quad dominant focus, while the other should be a hip dominant (hamstrings,glutes) focus. This will allow you to maximally train your full lower body during the week. _ Above I’ve listed some fundamental leg exercises for both the quad and the hamstrings. It’s important to understand the different when programming your lower body training. The quad functions in knee extension - when you straighten your knee. The hamstrings function in knee flexion - when you bend your knee. _ BOTTOM LINE💢- start to train your legs more frequently, dedicating one day to quads, and one day to hips. BENCHPRESS felt so good 🙏😍 Did a rep PR 100kg 2 sets x3 paused and pressed my official meet pr x1 105kg. Shoulders moved well without lot of struggle. I wish I knew why some days are less painful than others. Haven’t find out until today. Anyway I‘m happy about this mini little progress. Btw I did another single too & I‘ll upload later 😁 . Seit langem fühlte sich Bankdrücken mal wieder richtig gut an! Warum kann das bloß nicht immer so sein. Bisher konnte ich nicht herausfinden, warum meine Schulter an einigen Tagen besser funktioniert als an anderen. Daher gehe ich auch sehr zurückhaltend immer in eine Benchsession, weil es halt so kommt wie es kommt, so wie es der aktuelle Zustand an diesem Tag dann zulässt. Letzter Warmup Satz war mit 95kg x2, danach folgten 100kg 2 Sätze x3 (beide im Video) und danach ein Single mit 105kg. Es folgte noch ein weiterer Single, den ich später uploade. Triples mit 100kg - kann Girl mal machen 🤓 Baby progress, aber über sowas sollte man sich erfreuen und festhalten.

Chest day 2! Had a great chest workout today and an amazing chest pump, but I was disappointed that I could only do 1 rep of 295 lbs. for my heaviest set on bench press. However, I still think I'll be able to do one rep of 315 lbs. next week. After bench press, I focused on my lower chest by doing low cable cross raises and dumbbell pullovers. - DECLINE PUSH UPS - I do love a bit of a chest burnout set and push ups are just perfect for that. In this case I've opted for a decline push up for more upper chest involvement but a regular push up also works. If you're one of those people that can do 30+ push ups in one set, try throwing your push ups after a set of cable/dumbbell flys (you pre-fatigued chest will be crying!).
