Hey guys! So I haven’t been to the gym in about 8 months😂 I’ve also gained like 10 pounds since Christmas but who’s counting? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ my main concern is that I’m not eating healthy and that causes me to be prone to more anxiety and depression. (Good to start with two light warm up sets.)💪🏼 Next we did some decline cable crossovers. (Great way to squeeze the lower chest!)🔥Then pop the cables to the bottom for the next exercise. Upper chest cable crossovers. (Focus on stretching the chest on bottom, then contracting your upper chest at the top for a quick second)🔥 then a personal favorite.
