(Good to start with two light warm up sets.)💪🏼 Next we did some decline cable crossovers. (Great way to squeeze the lower chest!)🔥Then pop the cables to the bottom for the next exercise. Upper chest cable crossovers. (Focus on stretching the chest on bottom, then contracting your upper chest at the top for a quick second)🔥 then a personal favorite. Close grip chest press Great exercise to target the inner chest!🔥 Finally we end with one I learned from organic_twins the decline dip machine press.
