Do you ever do negative self-talk?
If I were (privileged, rich, skinnier, taller, more attractive, married to a rich person, single, didn’t have , lived in a big city, smarter, luckier, knew the right people, etc), I’d be able to do it but since I’m not, I can’t do it.
I’m not good enough.
I’m too (fat, ugly, stupid, etc).
I’ll make a fool out of myself.
Everyone will laugh at me.
They won’t want me.
I don’t belong.
I always mess up sooner or later.
This won’t last.
Don’t be stupid. You know you can’t do that.
This will never work.
It's not worth the effort.
I'm a failure.
This is where I failed last time.
I'll never be able to eat normally.
I blew my budget, I might as well have seconds.
I’m already in debt so a few more hundred dollars won’t make any difference.
I’d do it but (insert excuse).
I’ve always been (insert self-limiting belief) so no use trying to change not.
It’s hereditary so I couldn’t change even if I wanted to.
Once I’m (insert future state), I’ll do it.
What (negative person) said is true about me.
No one in my family succeeded so I won’t amount to anything either.
STOP THOSE THOUGHTS ASAP! You are worth it. You can change. You will succeed if you believe and you get support and you have a plan. Do not settle for being less than you want in life! Be the best version of YOU. This doesn’t have to mean being rich, skinny, beautiful, or popular. Instead, assess your values and live your life in-line with those. This will lead to true happiness and that is the end goal. goals weightloss weightlossgoals businessgoals crushingit 10x
