Last week I attempted to reach the 400club via the Barbell Deadlift. It has been a very long road to get to where I am today. When I first started this journey many years ago, reaching this weight and muscular strength was not something on my radar. I just wanted to be a healthier version of myself and learn more about fitness; no thoughts on bodybuilding and powerlifting.
I told myself last year that I wanted to reach 400lbs/181kgs 1RM Barbell Deadlifts by the end of 2018, but because of unforeseen life circumstances, I was unable to achieve that. This year however WILL BE MY YEAR This is my first full attempt at 400 lbs and I look to improve the form an reach full range of motion soon🏋🏻♂️
I WILL hit the goal weight for this lift.
