22 weeks and I would say the belly is OFFICIALLY here to stay! Before it was just big after I ate a big meal but it’s definitely there when I wake up in the mornings now🤣 I would say my motivation isn’t as strong as it used to be, but I don’t think that’s from pregnancy. Just our busy stage of life! I still thinking working out while pregnant is very important and something I’m going to continue doing. For me it isn’t about “keeping away the extra pounds” or “limiting what I gain”. If that was the case I wouldn’t be eating all the cookies LOL. It’s about 1) it’s what makes ME feel my BEST. 2) helping my body prepare for delivery and 3) fitness is and always will be part of my life. I can’t just NOT workout for 9 months and expect my body to pick right back up after I have my third . I’m not shaming anyone who chooses to do pregnancy differently! This what makes me feel like me. the simplest meal to make in a pinch. i always have butcher_box wild caught salmon in my freezer, it takes only 30 min to thaw and even less to make DIRECTIONS: pre-heat oven to 375. drizzle avocado oil on salmon & season w/ sea salt, granulated garlic and a little pepper. place fresh slices of lemon on fish and bake in oven for 20ish minutes or so depending on thickness of fish. i topped mine with mango salsa that i found at Whole Foods and served crispy brussel sprouts with it on the side 👌🏻simple yet so delicious! nurturingbodyandmind

In order to solve a problem first you must admit you have a problem. So I’m highlighting what my problem areas are: my right foot and left shoulder are injured. My my stomach has been a problem for years. Let’s tackle this. Let’s rehab my foot by working on proprioception and strengthening my core. My shoulder felt great after doing cable external rotation. So I’ll be strengthening my scapular movements. Let’s walk everyday since I can’t really run for two months. Do core exercises and resistance exercise to decease body fat and most of all nutrition.
