Now I don’t consider myself super competitive - But I’m extremely competitive with myself. And I love challenging myself. So I did the extreme program that’s 21 days and followed my containers in a carb cycle version. - It was amazing, it was hard in a good way and gave me that challenge I thrive on! - Now I have no idea if the scale moved, I don’t care if it did either cause I feel amazing and I feel lean and strong! - I love challenging myself and pushing myself to new limits! So basic and so delicious! Boneless skinless chicken breast. Put in glass baking dish. Cut slits in it. Pour franks hot sauce all over the chicken. Add a little water. About 3 Tbsp. Cover with foil. Daarnaast wordt diepvriesspinazie bijna direct na het oogsten ingevroren, op deze manier worden er zo veel mogelijk nutriënten behouden. Dit is ook het geval bij de spinazie uit pot of blik. Het is dus niet waar dat verse groente, in dit geval spinazie per definitie gezonder is. Het maakt eigenlijk niet zo veel uit waar je voor kiest. Breakfast poolside protein So, I’m on a calorie deficit, eating clean. The strange and hard part for me right now is actually getting in all the calories. Because the food is clean and So much lower in calories, I get full much quicker and I am literally calorie deficiting (I know, not a word, lol) my calorie deficit. If that makes any sense. I’m literally pushing myself to eat everything on my plate. So it basically boils down to WHAT you eat. When eating clean, the calories just don’t stack up the same. Good morning, happy Sunday people! Today I woke up a little earlier than usual, I wanted to get a workout in before Lilah woke up. I don’t often get that time to myself now that Lilah is getting older she doesn’t do nap-time like she did before. I know I need to get back on feet I’ve let myself go recently and I definitely need to work on self-love I know how important it is especially for us moms.
