I have to take a moment to thank my trainer for being there for me in this roller coaster we call life. When I was a caregiver for my dad with Parkinson’s disease, alexia_clark was there for me. The workouts were an hour where it could be all about me. Her program kept me sane. The workouts kept my head clear and they made me feel good. And it’s not just about her amazing program when I was absent on IG, she took the time to reach out and message me to make sure I was ok. She let me know she was there for me. She really cares about her queenteam’s well being. And not just the fitness aspect. How lucky are we to have her as our trainer!? I’m not sure my dad has ever admired anything about me. At least he’s never told me. But as Jeff and I worked out, day in and day out he noticed. After a particularly difficult leg day at home, he commented “that was intense Can you still walk??” One day I had to rescue him from our clubhouse when he couldn’t walk, by carrying him home with a kind stranger. I never thought I’d be able to say that I physically carried my dad. Thank you Alexia for giving me that strength. He ended up writing this post 👉🏼 on Facebook about me. I’d say he was proud of his fit daughter 🥰 . Thank you Alexia ❤️
