So let’s talk about routine! I’ve been doing short hiit circuits every morning just when I wake up before breakfast to get me pumped for the day lol and honestly it’s making me feel so much more energised! Anyone else with me? Sometimes later on in the day I’ll do around an 45 mins/1 hour of weights too if I’m feeling like it. At the moment I’m probably training around 4-5 times a week but they’re much shorter sessions than I’m used to. I don’t have access to a gym just a few weights and a bench but I’m still managing to feel the burn! Just goes to show that even in a busy gym when you only have access to minimal equipment you can still get a good workout in!
