Started this BEAUTIFUL day with Bi/Shoulder isolation moves. Sometimes people want to start working out but they feel like they have to be at a certain level before they can go into a gym with other people (I’ve had a few people message me about it) but I’m hear to say that is so FALSEEEEEEE. The gym is where people go to get better. I’ve had some of the most embarrassing moments in the gym like literally tripping on the treadmill, falling over when I was squatting and getting trapped under the bar, hitting my head on poles, dropping weights, and even getting on a machine and using it COMPLETELY wrong. That happens but it’s part of the growing process. -
I cancelled my gym membership about a month ago (because I’m waiting for a new gym to open) so I’ve had to really learn to grow on home workouts. If you feel like you aren’t “gym level” (which everyone is) then grab some weights and get resistance bands and you’ll be golden. Also there is a completely free workout place you can utilize it’s called a sidewalk/road/driveway get to walking/running! -
Also always remember you can workout as much as you can but if your nutrition isn’t there you aren’t doing much. If you’re confused on where to get started DM me I’d love to help!
