You see, the 80/20 rule doesn’t just apply to the progress of fitness but also to the progress in life. If you are spending more than 20 percent of your day, your week, your month, your year: partying, drinking, drugs, watching tv, on social media, being lazy, complaining, etc
THEN YOU ARE NOT IN ANY POSITION TO COMPLAIN ABOUT WHATS NOT FAIR IN LIFE
Are you offended yet? I was! If your not, then I hope your part of the very low percentage that’s actually living for your future and not just sitting there being prideful and stubborn and not caring about where your life is heading
Have parties, have weekend getaways, have social outings, be lazy! But keep it all within the 20% RULE
Stop just getting PAST hard times. Your frustrations, your social anxiety, your depression, your anxiety, your anger, your laziness
Stop using crutches such as drugs and alcohol to just get through an uncomfortable moment or time
Your uncomfortable? THATS EXACTLY WHERE YOU NEED TO BE IN ORDER TO DEFEAT YOUR DEMONS
Before you start complaining about where you are today; ask your self if your living the productive 80/20 RULE daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. Ask yourself if your being productive and responsible or are you just using crutches to get by?
