Today was shoulders/biceps at the gym. I usually run a mile after most sessions but today I took the baby for a bike ride and Wrangler/Me followed right behind. Aquí un tip que nos regala profityourbody 👊5 PASOS PARA NO ODIAR EL LUNES: 1. No faltes a entrenar✅ Saltarte el entrenamiento del Lunes definirá muchas veces el curso que tendrá nuestra semana. Sabemos que levantarnos a entrenar nos cuesta el doble, pero una vez que hayas terminado tu entrenamiento la satisfacción te hará estar motivado el resto de la semana. Algo que puede ayudarte es organizar un súper outfit de entrenamiento que te motive desde una noche anterior. 👊🏻 2. MealPrep armada: Es importantísimo organizarte el fin de semana con todo lo necesario para cumplir al 💯 tu Plan de Alimentación, desde ir al súper hasta cocinar y almacenar lo necesario para que no falles con tu dieta desde el Lunes. 🥗🥦🍏 3. Visualiza tu semana: Solo necesitas 3 minutos del Domingo por la noche para planificar qué es lo que quieres lograr esta semana y cómo es que vas a lograrlo (también tareas pendientes), una buena planificación y organización te ayudará a motivarte para alcanzar tu meta paso a paso sin presiones cuando la semana termine.  4. Agua 💦 Intenta consumir al menos 2.5 litros de agua (natural o Jamaica sin endulzar); normalmente los fines de semana con tantos excesos podemos estar inflamados y/o reteniendo líquidos, haciéndonos sentir incómodos y “pesados”. Beber el agua suficiente desde el lunes nos ayudará a eliminar esa horrible sensación de pesadez. 5. Duerme temprano: Regla de oro para comenzar con toda la pila 🔋 en Lunes es programarnos para estar en cama temprano el Domingo y tener como mínimo 7 horas de sueño. My favorite day of the week because it means a fresh start, a chance to make this week great and crush some goals! ⁣ ✨⁣ I just wanted to update everyone on my progress. My waist has literally shrunk right before my eyes and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made. At the beginning of the year I was 36 inches! 🙀 This isn’t too terrible but for my frame I was holding onto too much fat around my midsection. ⁣ ✨⁣ My eating habits played a significant role into why it wasn’t shrinking and once I cleaned up my diet I began to see progressslowly. 😩 I think I had to tweak my diet a few times though. A lot of trial and error on my part but it (as always) is well worth the extra work because the results are 𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐙𝐈𝐍𝐆! ⁣ ✨⁣ January 1, 2019 ~ 36 inches⁣ June 20, 2019 ~ 29.5 inches⁣ ⁣ 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥? 26 inches and a great set of abs!⁣ ⁣ What are some of your waist goals? Literally could not be more proud of a workout than I am today. Absolutely crushed it so now I’m dead 😂😂 Put up some new PRs on barbell squat and split squats at 205 lbs for 8 reps, 5 sets and 100 lbs for 10 reps each leg for five setsalso did two rounds of push/pull sleds at 395 lbs then threw on oh_she_lifts_ for my finisher Lastly felt like a run today and I’m not a big runner. You know just here , throwing a tantrum lol 🤣🙃🙃🙃 - I am SO mad that my camera didnt catch my PR for conventional deadlifts.
