🥭 Mango & Bluebs Oatmeal Bowl

For those of you who don’t know, I spent a few years of my childhood growing up in India 🇮🇳 Once we moved to America, we visited often in the summers, peak mango season ☀️ One of my fondest memories is of my family visiting mango farms 🌳 & sitting in a big ol circle, downing mangos 🥭 We also ate them at least once, if not twice, a day as a mid-day snack. So yeah, you bet I’ll be buying all the mangos this summer🌞
▫️1/2 cup Rolled Oats ( krogerco)
▫️1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk ( califiafarms)
▫️2 tbsp Mangos ‘n Cream Coconut Yogurt ( thecoconutcult)
▫️Splash of Vanilla Extract
▫️Sprinkle of Cinnamon
▫️Toppings - Cubed Mango, Blueberries, Maple Walnut Granola ( purely_elizabeth), Hemp Seeds ( manitobaharvest) & Black Sage Honey ( savannahbeeco)
▫️Combine the oats & milk in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 2 1/2 - 3 mins.
▫️Then mix in your vanilla extract, cinnamon & yogurt. Adding the yogurt makes for a super creamy & delicious oatmeal!
▫️Then add in all of your toppings & enjoy your super nourishing oat bowl😍
