I can get down with a vegged out omelette with farm fresh eggs 💚💚❤️🍳
All the protein & veggies to start my day🤤
HOW TO MAKE THEE PERFECT OMELETTE :
1) cook your veggies first
2) whip up 2-3 eggs, whisk in water or milk to make fluffy & add in salt + pep
3) melt butter (or ghee) over medium heat so the whole pan is covered (just a lil sliver), once butter stops sizzling, you’re good to put your eggs in!
4) Make “waves” by using a spatula to push the cooked eggs from the outside into the middle. The eggs should cook in about 1–2 minutes. They’re done when the edges are slightly browned and the bottom is set.
5) add in your fillings!
Veggies, ham, turkey bacon, whatever you’re feelin - then top with cheese in the middle (or side if have extra filling like me😛)of your eggs!
6) using spatula, fold one side first and then the other over the top - kinda like wrapping a gift! However, I had way to many veggies so had to only flip to one side! In that case, put veggies to one side of eggs so it’s an easier flip
