It’s rare that I post transformations, I value my clients privacy, and I am more interested in their whole life wellness and growth of self love, than I am in their weight. Their body changes are a result of wanting to care for themselves. But, I had to post this I won’t show you Traci’s body transformation because it is secondary to her mind and heart (however, the change is incredible and none of her clothes fit, friends are stopping her and asking what the heck she is doing). What I want to share is the light in her eyes, the calmness in her face, the peace we see, the sense of connection to her son. The absolute sense of connection to herself. She has changed, her life has changed, and I am so incredibly proud of her. Get your mind right and your body will follow, but in the journey you realize the true importance of you. I have seriously just felt like throwing peace signs all day- do you ever have those days? Your energy is aligned ✨just✨ right and you’re living with intention and gratitude? I hit such a slump in my personal & business life this month and it all changed when I made the switch to being INTENTIONAL with my time, energy, and thoughts. Even when I’m on social media (bc hello my business is on hereee) I’m getting to be real & authentic and change people’s lives and to me that’s pure magic. Helping inspire people to not only live healthier- but live more fully. Definitely was a good day for me— got a good night’s sleep, had a great otfannarbor workout (think my cute af outfit and some new preworkout may have helped) and a productive day at work! • I just started listening to msrachelhollis’ girl, stop apologizing on audiobook and let me tell you— I’m already obsessed. And I’m obsessed because honestly, her words at sometimes make me feel uncomfortable— listening to her book made me question my goal, my what if, who I really am— but I think that’s a good thing. If I am not constantly re-evaluating what drives me, and falling into complacency, how am I growing? How am I living my best existence if I’m not allowing my dreams, my desires, and my what ifs to shift? • I definitely have a one-track mindset— I chose a field of work and I have always planned to stick with it. And right now, I still do, because I feel the passion for it and I do enjoy my work. But I want to allow myself to have the ability to dream bigger, make new goals, change lanes and paths frequently because I refuse to be stuck doing anything that doesn’t make me happy. • I spent so many years of my life doing things for others, because I believed they were the right things to do and finding myself now, taking steps every single day to be more me, feels better than anything I did to please others. So for the winding path of my life ahead, I’m excited— and I’m taking steps day by day to let my path be one that flows and changes ❤️ • Anyone else feel like they HAVE to do one thing, be one way, never change? ONE THING THAT IS KEEPING YOUR WEIGHT ON✖️⁣ ⁣ This one is FUCKING POWERFUL🔥⁣ It’s pretty woo-woo but bare with me it’s GOOD!⁣ ⁣ Think really hard on the last time you were satisfied with your body. ⁣ ⁣ The last time you felt⁣ 💛Confident and really felt like you could wear anything that you wanted!⁣ ⁣ 💛Felt fantastic AF and stunningly beautiful! ⁣ ⁣ 💛Felt truly comfortable when people had eyes on you!⁣ ⁣ You embraced the fuck out of yourself!💜⁣ ⁣ 💭Remember that time and then make a list of all the things that have happened from that time up until now. ⁣ ⁣ 💡Think to yourself⁣ ⁣ ✨Was it having kinds or entering a new relationship? ⁣ ⁣ What does this look like for you?⁣ ⁣ Then really think what the common links are to where you were and how great you felt to how you are feeling now!⁣ ⁣ 💡Think back to the time when you were the sole focus and worry in your life!⁣ ⁣ ✨Likely it has a thing or two to do with a relationship in your life.⁣ ⁣ The correlation is that our habits go unraveling with new life conditions. Other people’s habits get placed upon our lives, we stop the healthy habits and sometimes gain the weight. So your subconscious is really trying to protect you from these things happening again to you. ⁣ ⁣ Your subconscious lives and thrives off of evidence! It links previous relationships and what soon came after with letting it all slip to the wayside and your body rejects the idea of you “ getting back into shape” since it previously has failed. ⁣ ⁣ Red flags show up in the form of:⁣ ❗️Self sabotage (emotional eating, skipping workouts ect)⁣ ⁣ AND the more you stray from what you know you need to do for yourself the MORE unsure and insecure you slowly become.⁣ ⁣ 🖐🏼Look at what is blocking your subconscious from allowing you to move forward. What is it afraid that is going to happen again?⁣ ⁣ The last time you were in the best shape of your life, what happened around that time that maybe made you feel unsafe or bad from then till now?⁣ ⁣ Than ask yourself why would my subconscious link that time in my life with me trying to get in shape now?⁣ What evidence are you giving it that’s making it think this is not a good idea.⁣ ⁣ Take back your power

Well Brigham researchers looked at DNA samples of nearly 6,000 adults and found that people with higher activity levels had longer telomeres than those who were sedentary. In fact, the exercisers had a “biological age” that was about nine years younger 🤭 Most of us assume that as you get older, you become frail and weak. But just looking at the muscle of older exercisers compared to younger ones, the researchers couldn’t tell who was and who was old. They also found that it’s never too late to start. Studies show that even people who start exercising in their 80s and 90s experience health and longevity benefits. And people who began working out in their 40’ & 50’s cut their risk of a potentially deadly stroke in half. Don’t have 30 minutes to exercise?
