Finally checked out equium_social in our old hood and one of my favourite suburbs in Newcastle! Their brekkie bowl did not disappoint, with pumpkin, mushrooms, pickled cabbage, egg, hummus and their wonderful seed and nut loaf, I was full for hours. And that’s saying a lot considering I eat like your average hippo. I love these little brekkie spots in Newcastle!

Well that's done 💦. Thank gah it's part of my job to workout or I'd probably have found a reason to skip it today Did you know that i actually got certified to teach spin class over a decade back just because I needed something to make me show up. I figured leading a class would pretty much lock me in, and becoming a coach would make me show up too FOR MYSELFfor my own accountability. I just needed to quit QUITTING on myself and making lame excuses. Turns out that whole ‘committing to others’ thing really works well😜 Shout out to my bootcampers, fit-squad, accountability crew & those of you just get started in our bootcamp today! Super excited for you AND a HUGE shout out to new coaches cassiejeanne & ericabotbol who not just dropped 4lbs in the past 21 days, but both are coaching others in our bootcamp now too and to rambogrl who’s down 7 INCHES from these past 21 days!
