Avec Bulbi on a fini par aimer le gainage. Fin surtout lui je crois 🐸🙄😌 C'est un travail indispensable pour éviter certains traumatismes liés à la pratique de la 🏃‍♂️ mais au final tellement important de manière générale. Je suis content de tenir 4 minutes de gainage 🙆‍♂️, même s'il n'est pas complètement statique, puisque au bout d'un certain temps je repose une jambe sur l'autre, et tends alternativement mes bras sur le côté. ⚠️ Soyez fier de vos progrès, car sinon toutes vos performances seront à jamais ridicules. Le record du monde masculin (officieux) est de 10 heures 10 minutes et 10 secondes, et le record féminin officiel de 4 heures et 20 minutes, et ce sera toujours comme ça, dans tous les domaines, donc ⏹ !
