Shoulder have ALWAYS been my one muscle group that I was genetically blessed with. As you guys know I haven’t been training consistently for about 3 weeks, but in the gym today you wouldn’t have thought so. I picked up the 60’s to do Shoulder Press with and ended up knocking out 12 reps easy. I am taking time to focus on my lagging muscle groups and only training shoulder once a week. About four weeks left here in Nashville and I can’t wait to get back home. tyson_fitness athlete Swipe ➡️ for the finisher! End of 7 weeks taking these 105lb dumbells for a ride. Kind of blew my mind, this was my 4th working set, started at 55s, then went to 75s, then to 90s, and then to the 105s. I haven't done dumbells presses in YEARS, I've been such a bench press whore so I just wanted to see where I'm at. I need to switch things up now though that I'm getting serious about becoming a professional. These felt pretty light actually so I'm around 120lbs for a couple reps on the incline. Super happy with that only after 7 weeks with my coach. In 7 months I aim to look otherworldly Hope everyone is having a great weekend, lets get it fam

Here’s a fun lil full leg day workout (p.s. my legs are hurtin’ real good today) 😰 - ▫️1 x 10 squats 50% effort ▫️1 x 8 squats 60% effort ▫️1 x 6 squats at 70% effort ▫️1 x 4 squats 80% effort ▫️1 x2 squats 90 % effort - ▫️4 x 10 backwards barbell lunges (10 lunges each leg). This is undoubtedly one of my FAVORITE leg day movements. - ▫️4 x 15 straight leg DB RDL’s - ▫️super set to finish: ▫️10 straight leg dumbbell RDL’s alternated with 10 goblet squats (4-5 rounds to finish).

Definitely my new favourite protein sup. Not often there is one I like so much I can happily knock it back with just water and nothing added to make it more palatable. This one though tastes just like strawberry milk with just water added. So I can loose the extra cals that I would usually add with some banana, strawberries or coconut/almond milk.
