Thank you everyone for indulging me whilst I continue to share more snippets from my recent two Boditree workshops I presented in NYC at Joe’s original studio space, which is now rolatespilates. The springs were his choice for tension. Not plate weights, not banding, no balls, simply different loaded springs in different lengths. There is a good reason why. We can “ride the spring” with breath and length, the spring provides us immense feedback as well as the remarkable capacity to decompress joints and increase length in the spine, and torso, thus helping us eliminate pain, reprogram muscles, and achieve corestrength whilst avoiding injury. After 20 years in business I am still learning from each and every body I serve. Thank you to each and every participant who took time from their busy lives to share this educational journey with me. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did ! I will be back, I have been invited to return 🙏🥰thank you Roberta rolatespilates and thank you NYC. I am grateful for this experience.
