guys, i want to be completely vulnerable with you. last year, i started to feel really sluggish and not like myself. i quickly realized my health wasn’t where i wanted it to be and i was starting to feel the effects of that. i started trying to eat better, exercise more, etc., but honestly, i didn’t know what i was doing or how to make it sustainable. speed forward to this year, i went to profile by Sanford and did a full body scan. this body scan was incredibly in-depth and i was able to sit down with one of their coaches to have them explain to me what everything on the results meant. let me just say that it totally changed the way i see my body and my health.
im sharing this with you guys because i am excited to see where this will take me. i am not a dietician, fitness coach, personal trainer, or anything in between, and because of that i often felt overwhelmed when trying to tackle my health on my own. that’s why we have people like Sanford, to guide us along the way. even if you can’t join their program, i still recommend trying out their body scan so you can better understand your body each day and what it needs to be healthier.
