Maybe you’ve heard of it before, maybe you haven’t. But here’s my side of the story:
I said I would NEVER be a ‘workout at home kinda person’. I NEEDED a gym to sweat. Even though I wasn’t seeing any improvement, because I needed guidance that I didn’t want to pay $99/hour for (I’m sure personal trainers are worth it but I can think of a million other things to spend that kind of money on). Nothing is more defeating than putting in that effort and still being disappointed about how you feel.
What was I doing wrong?
All I knew FOR SURE was that I wasn’t seeing any results and that meant I needed to CHANGE👏🏻IT👏🏻UP.👏🏻 This surely couldn’t be worse than 45 minutes a day on the treadmill with nothing to show for it So, I stopped paying a monthly fee ($70, btw woof) simply for access to equipment and classes at times I couldn’t make. I leaned on my coach and her group to get me going at first. I needed that. I started working out for ~30 minutes a day on my own time, in my own space, at my own pace. It was me time that I didn’t even know I needed. I’m still thankful I took that chance.
You’re ALWAYS going to have to WORK for results, but you don’t have to pay an arm & a leg, or do it on your own without guidance, or for the love of god, starve yourself. After 🔟 months of working on myself, I’m SO ready to help you, just like marilyn.lambert.16 helped me. It’s simply one of the most amazing journeys I’ve experienced.
In sum, that’s my take on the whole Beachbody thing. My tried-it-and-loved-it, living proof, healthier than ever and willing to vulnerably share it with you as a result point of view.
