It's been a while! ⌚ Aber, jetzt bin ich ja wieder am Start. Es gibt so einiges zu erzählen: . Nachdem ich leicht erkältet war ist der Trainingsplan nun in der 🛢. Danach sollte ich das Trainingspensum jetzt wieder reduzieren. Ich wollte aber unbedingt nochmal die Distanz spüren. Deswegen bin ich heute 20 km gelaufen. 💪 Mittlerweile hab ich mich davon auch wieder erholt, aber ab km 18, naja eigentlich schon ab 15, war es echt schleppend 🤕. Meine Beine waren Pudding Kennt ihr die Opas, die man manchmal auf Laufevents sieht? 👴🏼 So hab ich auch ausgesehen. 🥴 Die Frage, die ich mir jetzt stelle: Hol ich mir so ein Gel, damit es die letzten paar km noch etwas Energie spendet? 🤔 Muss ich vielleicht mal testen Jetzt bin ich mal gespannt, was die Beine die nächsten Tage zu diesem Longrun sagen Für den halbmarathon meinfreiburgmarathon hab ich mich angemeldet Noch 12 Tage P.S.
