Y en a qui font ça parce que c’est la mode ou que ça vends ET d’autres qui feraient ça même si les réseaux sociaux n’existaient pas 👌🏼Je ne fais pas du sport pour avoir la ligne ou pour être plus beau ou me montrer, je fais du sport 6j/7 depuis l’âge de 10 ans, la musculation depuis l’âge de 18 ans (à l’époque c’était interdit avant la majorité dans bcp de salles). Je pratique le sport pour mon bien être mental, c’est un besoin que j’ai depuis petit, si ça n’avait pas été la musculation/basket ça aurai été autre chose ! Un vrai sportif ce reconnaît a tous ces petits détails ✅ 🇬🇧 : There are some who do that because it is fashionable or it sells AND others who would do it even if social networks did not exist 👌🏼I do not play sports to have the line or to be more beautiful or show me, I play sports 6j / 7 since the age of 10, bodybuilding since the age of 18 (at the time it was prohibited before the majority in bcp of rooms). I practice sport for my mental well being, it is a need that I have since small, if it had not been the bodybuilding / basketball it will have been something else!
