I looked at Instagram for some inspiration and that’s when I came across grenadeofficial ‘Blame Your Name Workout 2.0’! This has got to be one of the hardest workouts I’ve done so far, and it only took 30mins, perfect when I’m limited for time! 🍓BARRIGA LLENA, CORAZÓN CONTENTO.🍓 Y si te animas a probar el smothie de fresas con chía de cris_lezcano_fernandez doblemente contento. Se nos cae la baba cada vez que nos manda recetas 🤤. INGREDIENTES: ▪️Un ración de fresas (4-5 unidades). ▪️Un vaso de leche o bebida vegetal. (Soja, avena, almendra). ▪️2 cucharaditas de chía. ▪️1 cucharada de avena. (Opcional) MODO DE PREPARACIÓN. ▫️En la noche anterior para dejar preparado el pudding echas dos cucharaditas de chía en medio vaso de leche o bebida vegetal, también la avena en el caso de querer meterla y la dejas en el frigorífico.❄️ ▫️Por la mañana trituras las fresas junto a la leche o bebida vegetal y añades dos cucharaditas pequeñas del pudding sin llegar a triturarlo para que coja consistencia. ▫️Lo siguiente sería echar el resto del pudding en un vaso y con cuidado de no hacerle un agujero y utilizando una cucharada como base vas echando la leche o bebida vegetal que preparamos en el punto anterior. recetasmusclewinner
