This speak volumes because I have always been a person to have a plan/goal with the layout on how to reach it. To sum it up I always had an answer for what I wanted in my life and how I was going to get there. However I found that my life was moving fast and the first set of goals I had, I did not have a legit reason for why I set them. For once, I didn’t have an answer for what I wanted to do in my life or on my fitness journey. That’s when I realized, I was lost but I found out that is okay because sometimes you have to be lost to find your drive. I think it is important to practice and strive to go about things the right way that way you are truly happy with what you accomplished. For anyone that is lost it is okay because it is temporary and not always a bad thing go into things when you have the right mindset you don’t have to always be on edge diving head first. Think of it like making music if you make passionless music is it really going to turn out good? No. You get what you put into it. Fenomenalt bra uthållighet idag trots slarvig kosthållning, kass sömn och disträ i tankarna det märktes desto tydligare på explosiviteten och mark över 140kg var inte lönt att ens ge mig på. Dagens pass blev någon variant av förvirrad helkropp, träningen har varit oregelbunden ett tag så en reload för att få igång hela kroppen igen verkar som en god idé just nu. Did 19.5 today 🙌 Maci came to the gym with me since they are out of school. After I was done she said “momma, you’re so strong, I’m going to be like you when I’m big!” This is why I do what I do. If she would have said she wanted to be like me a couple of years ago, it wouldn’t have been a good thing! I wanted more for them! This is why I started macroholics and lost 100 pounds. I want to be a good example for my to follow.
