A little in sight to my weight struggle. For years my weight would go up and down all over the place I was trying every weight loss supplement, drink, workout plan yo-yo trying anything and everything on the market to help shed pounds and aim for keeping it off Garcinia, Apple cider vinegar, lemon water, cutting back what I ate. Which was bad cause I was Anorexic when I was younger so I had to be extremely aware of what I was doing to not slip back into that. Most of the things I tried were super unhealthy and scary or plain don't work at all. So my cousin Jamie was a DT she kept inviting me to her live videos or online parties. I kept putting her off. Then I finally gave in after I did research and checked things out for my self. I love that I finally found stuff that not only works crazy awesome- but its plant based and healthy and the results have stayed even with all the health issues that run in our family. So today was an odd day for me. I wasn’t feeling it today but my workout was amazing. I barely had an appetite didn’t really eat that much. But went to Costco with my mom and I had a slice of pizza. Okay, as promised, here is my stepmom’s creamy mushroom chicken 😍🤤😋 This is one of my favorite dishes! The photo isn’t the greatest but it tastes wayyyyyyy better than it looks 😂 I included a photo of her recipe, but I made a few tweaks to make it less points! Here’s what I did 👇 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨ 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken ✨ 1/2 cup chopped onion ✨ 1 - 0.7 oz package of good seasons Italian salad dressing mix ✨ 1 can of Campbell’s condensed golden mushroom soup ✨ 3/4 cup dry white wine ✨ 8oz tub of reduced fat chive and onion cream cheese ✨ 1.5 cups sliced mushrooms ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I was lazy so I just added all the raw ingredients into the crockpot and stirred to combine everything. Then I cooked it on low for 5-6 hours. That’s it! (I skipped the butter completely and also didn’t sauté everything before putting it into the crockpot. It turned out just fine) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I split this into 4 HUGE servings (like a cup and a half each) for 9sp per serving. I served it over cauliflower rice with green beans on the side! Normally we eat it over pasta but it was seriously just as good with veggies instead. I enjoyed every single bite! 💕

Clothes are the best indicators that you're either on the right track or not! This is one of my favourite dresses, in the left I barely got it on, wearing like 2 pairs of spandex to just get the zip upyes I was that girl 😩! Not to say there's nothing wrong with being that girl, i just knew for myself that I was tired of feeling low about my weight & how I looked all the time. As I'm approaching the 50lb mark in my weight loss journey and a body type that before I could only dream of, I started seeing the uncanny valley when I saw myself in the mirror. Body dysmorphia is real. Today at the gym, I worked out in front of a mirror for the first time in a while, and I loved seeing how strong I was, how healthy I was, but most of all - I loved reminding myself how far I've come. _ My latest project. Took about 30 days start to finish. 2 long weekends away and a full time job. So I painted a few hours here and there when time allowed. ⏰ _ 3 coats of Behr chalk paint. No sanding needed No primer needed That is the beauty of chalk paint. _ I did NOT use a roller. I painted each piece with a brush and did 3 coats in Tin White. 4 coats in the surface of the desk and hutch for durability. _ I am loving the transformation. 💫 About 20 hours total of painting. Same hardware 5 quarts of Behr Chalk paint _ Total cost $120.00 _ I was determined to finish this project before our Reward trip. 🛳⚓️🎉🥂 Done ✔️ _ If you are contemplating painting furniture. Do it I have painted furniture, two kitchen of cabinets, so many items even a 55 year old cedar chest. _ My office is so calming and inviting now. I can’t believe how bright it is in there. ❤️

I decided almost a year ago to join my team! I hopped on board without much hesitation because I deeply wanted to make some lifestyle changes! I had no idea what I had gotten myself into.
