SPICY BURGERS Today I decided to have burgers and came up with an awesome recipe! I used half and made burgers and the other half into meatballs This recipe makes 5 meals! 500gm Cleavers Organic Mince 1 tsp Minced Garlic 1 tbsp Mccormick Texas BBQ rub Handful fresh Parsley chopped Pepper Salt 1 tsp Chilli Flakes or to taste 1.Mix everything up in a bowl and cook a mouthful up to test your flavour. 2. Divide mix into 5 or 10 then make into patties ( I made 2 patties per 100gm) 3. Fry up in a frying pan until cooked & press between paper towel to absorb excess fat. 4. Sandwich between lettuce and top with mct mayo and a slice of tomato

As much as I hate pictures I feel that I need to have some progress pictures. Not much progress yet but I need before photos, so here I am waiting for everyone around me to leave so I can snap a quick one. I’m sticking to only cardio for now. I feel it’s going to be a long while before I feel confident enough to touch a dumbbell or get close to any machine that requires weights. Wow! Look at what my girl, Martha, achieved using the 21 day program I just finished up at the end of May! And this from a gal who'd never worked out before! Surely shows that anyone can do this, if they have the grit and determination and a reason why. Chest growth tip . People struggle with developing their chest . My number one tip for chest growth . Is to use movements that allow you . To feel as much of the chest engage through the whole movement . By this I mean feeling an even stretch across the chest and feeling tension at the top/“rest point”of the movement . Sometimes we lose tension on a muscle and just feel the weight and try to move the weight and no longer truly work the intended muscle . This particular underhand chest press using the ankle cuff . Picture taken from the Last session . A client that brings 110% to the session gets 220% out of the session . A question that people often neglect to ask themselves when seeking results Especially drastic quick results, which I don’t generally recommend is Am I really ready to take myself to the level necessary to achieve the best results In this picture is client Colin who I had the pleasure of working with. His goal was to improve fitness and within just 2 weeks Colin was considerably leaner and most definitely fitter, how? Colin had a particular running route that he said without fail he’d fail part way before completion After just 4 sessions with me and 2-4 additional independent sessions Colin said to me his run felt easy, he ran faster and with no breaks on the route he’d previously struggled with on a regular basis. One thing that stood out was his work rate, every session was 100% not only that he even started maximising time by turning up 30mins earlier and setting up the session in advance Not everyone is like this, but what I’m pointing out here is no one should feel entitled to amazing results with mediocre work rate.
