Post workout and always sweating a ton! Lol if you look closely my heart rate is still at 123 here 😂 - I always try to make each workout count whether it’s short or long. Killed it yesterday with bench press! 💪Issue with my arms were minor the whole time so I was actually able to enjoy myself and have a good press workout. 😁 Did 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, set of 5 275, set of 5 315, 3 sets of 2 335 (last set shown), set of 4 315 pause reps (failed the last rep), and a set of 20 225. ☺ Then did a set of 10 60s, set of 10 80s, and 3 sets of 12 100s. After almost 3 hours of training chest, upper back, and arms I then did another bench press workout with my bro boosted_fk . 😳 Kept it light and mild though but then did 2 sets of 10 135 pause reps, set of 10 185 pause reps, 2 sets of 10 225 pause reps, set of 7 225 pause reps, set of 10 225 slingshot pause reps, and a set of 20 135 close grip bench press. So much bench press has me really sore on my chest, shoulders, and triceps pretty bad. 😖 Was just happy to lift some weight today pain free. 🙏
