You need to carefully assess how much load is being used which could help in better identification of how much rest you should take. Whilst I might plan an upper or lower body workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ all my workouts are based around core strength. Without it none of it works properly anyway It’s why I 💛 Pilates so much. I’m actually not quite sure how I lived so long without doing it. Please don't call me crazy😄 I seldom do back to back strength training, it's my first time today. I will not skip my weight training session with my beloved trainer yunisalwah. I try to maintain thrice weekly muscle pumping session. Very happy with my progress. Quite heavy training for today. Will only post 2 videos. This one, abs workout with higher body position, which is harder. Previously I did it on a flatter surface. Quite tiring but all good. 15 reps, 4 sets for this one. Alzi la mano chi ha fatica a fare gli addominali🙋🏼‍♀️ Come sapete cerco sempre di allenarmi costantemente in palestra però purtroppo gli addominali proprio nn li sopporto e senza quelli non riesco a mandare via le odiosissime maniglie dell'amore. Quando mi hanno proposto di testate l'elettro stimolatore muscolare di sunmay_international ho subito accettato in primis per vedere se effettivamente funziona come fanno vedere nelle svariate pubblicità e quindi se riesco a tonificare anche quella parte che detesto su di me 😅 Partiamo con il dire che la box arriva con 3 fasce stimolatrici una grande da usare sulla zona addominale e due piccole da usare su vita, braccia superiore, coscia anteriore ed interna Troviamo inoltre 3 basi già munite di pile e anche 3 pile di ricambio. Ci sono inoltre già i fogli in gel da applicare agli elettrodi. Il manuale di istruzione è in italiano ed è facilmente capibile come usarlo. Ogni base lavora su 10 livelli per una durata di soli 10 minuti a ciclo. È consigliato però usarlo solamente una volta il giorno per ogni zona per nn rischiare di sovraccaricare il muscolo. È consigliato di partire dal livello base per le prime volte e poi regolarselo in base al vostro bisogno. Da quando mi è arrivato lo sto usando tutti i giorni solo nella zona addominale e sono arrivata ad usarlo al livello 5. Devo dire che durando solamente 10 minuti riesco a farlo tranquillamente ogni mattina. Si sente benissimo quando lavora ma non è affatto doloroso e dopo l utilizzo, almeno a me, non fanno male i muscoli ( sarà perché sono allenata? ) Ho preso tutte le misure prima di iniziare ad utilizzarlo. Vi faro sapere tra circa un mesetto i risultati ( se ci saranno ovvio ) ⚠️ Prima di chiudere volevo ricordare che questo non è un appaeecchio medico ma che non tutti possono usarlo. Quindi vi consiglio di leggere bene il libretto illustrativo. Inoltre vi ricordo che non è un sostituto dell'attività fisica ma può essere un valido aiuto ⚠️ Adesso voglio sapere se voi avete mai usato un prodotto del genere per aiutarvi ? Sport news : J’ai débuté le sport il y a 8 mois, mon obsession c’est la tonicité musculaire, mes objectifs principaux : 1) musculation de jambes: ça fait partie du traitement d’un problème chronique aux genoux. 2)correction de la diastase abdominale: me récupérer de mes grossesses. J’ai changé mes exercices et mes routines plusieurs fois ; j’ai rencontré plein d’obstacles, notamment quelques lésions chroniques (adducteurs, poignets, coude) qui m’empêchent de faire plusieurs exercices. A part ça, la manque de temps. Mais je suis une adicte, donc je suis capable de tout pour avoir sa dose Bref, mon préféré pour les abdominaux reste définitivement le gainage (plank). C’est un exercice exprès pour travailler dos, bras, tous les abdominaux… Rien que 10’ le jour et j’ai vu les résultats très tôt. Faut préciser que le développement de la musculature c’est une question génétique, je n’ai une certaine facilité.
