Paleo Fried Cauliflower Rice - Nasi Goreng Ingredients • 2 teaspoons coconut oil • 8-10 peeled fresh prawns, diced into smaller chunks • 2 chicken thigh fillets, diced into small pieces, excess fat removed • ½ medium white onion, peeled and diced • 2½ cups diced cauliflower (1/2 large head of cauliflower) • 1 small carrot, peeled and diced • 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely diced • 2 tablespoons Sambal Oelek (less if you prefer less spicy) • ½ tablespoon honey • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos or Tamari wheat-free soy sauce • 1 teaspoon fish sauce • ½ teaspoon sesame oil (optional) • 2 eggs • Fresh coriander for garnish Instructions 1. Prepare all ingredients, so you're ready to focus on stir frying everything quickly. 2. Heat a wok or a deep frying pan over high heat and melt one teaspoon of coconut oil. Add the prawns, seasoned with a little salt, and stir fry for one and a half minutes. Remove to a plate. 3. Add the chicken and stir fry over medium-high heat for five minutes, stirring frequently. Then remove to a plate with the prawns. 4. Add another teaspoon of coconut oil, keeping the heat on medium-high, and stir fry the onion for two minutes, until softened. Add the cauliflower, carrots, garlic, sambal, honey, Tamari and fish sauce and sesame oil. Stir through for about 30 seconds, and then add back the cooked prawns and chicken. Cook all together for two more minutes, stirring frequently. 5. In the meantime, heat a little coconut oil in another frying pan and fry two eggs until the whites are firm but the yolks are still soft. Serve stir-fry topped with fried eggs and some fresh coriander. Foods that help you and your family get LEAN, STRONG & HEALTHY Who else believed in a hype called "fat burning foods"? Guilty as charged. I used to believe in that for so long Truth is, there is no particular food "burns fat". Not even fish, salad, broccoli, raw oats, chicken breast or celery drink. However, filling your day with the RIGHT foods can make all the difference in your weight loss journey After 10 years experiments and learning from the best coaches in the industry, I've realised there's nothing better than whole food and other plant based varieties I've seen how much our bodies are CRAVING foods from the earth. Here's what my day of eating typically looks like. The same type of foods that help my clients to get stronger, leaner and more energised, and super tasty too! Breakfast: ALWAYS a Super Smoothie! I jam my nutribullet with oats, frozen berries, some bananas, raw eggs, peanut butter and a cup of almond milk. I love to have a bit of sweet taste with some honey. I trully believe that your first meal of the day must be delicious, filling, and FULL of essential nutrients to help your body function and kick the day's ass. Morning tea: a big banana, vegan protein shake and some mixed nuts. I get super hungry every 2-3 hours 😄 Lunch: a big bowl of rice, lots of Teriyaki beef, some steamed veggies and little bit of Asian seasoning Sometimes I love to eat out. My favourite is Vietnamese Beef Noodle soup. Because I don't believe in eating plain food like a rabbit 🐰 Snack: same as morning tea. Dinner: Moroccan couscous with BBQ chicken, mixed salad and a big cup of green tea. I often eat my BBQ chicken with garlic sauce. This is a killer Before bed: some Super green powder mixed in a glass of water with some fish oil capsules. I always teach my clients- always eat what YOU believe is best for you. Baked Chicken Fajita Roll-Ups Serves: 3 Servings INGREDIENTS For the Marinade: 2 Tbsp olive oil Juice of half a lime 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. chilli powder ½ tsp. cumin ½ tsp. dried oregano ½ tsp. salt Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) 2 Tbsp coriander, chopped For the Chicken: 3 chicken breasts or 6 thin sliced chicken cutlets 1/2 cm thick ½ red capsicum, sliced ½ yellow capsicum, sliced ½ green capsicum, sliced INSTRUCTIONS In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chilli powder, cumin, oregano, salt, cayenne (if using) and coriander. Set aside. For the chicken breasts, if you purchased pre-sliced chicken cutlets then skip to the next step. If using chicken breasts, slice them longways into 2 even slices and firmly pound the chicken using the smooth side of a meat tenderiser to an even thickness of about 1/2 cm. Place chicken cutlets into a large resealable freezer bag and pour marinade over top, making sure they are completely coated. Allow chicken to marinate for a minimum of one hour to overnight. Once chicken has marinated, evenly place 6 bell capsicum slices in the middle of the chicken cutlet, roll up and secure with a toothpick. Repeat this step until all the cutlets have been rolled up and place seam side down in a prepared baking dish. Brush tops of chicken with remaining marinade and bake, uncovered, at 190 C for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the juices run clear. NUTRITION VS TRAINING (What's more important??) People said if you want result. Your succes comes from 80% nutrition. Where training is only 20%. Which is true. Ofcourse. You can't outperform poor nutrition and eating habits. But It is also impossible to get result and see the progression with poor training mindset. You see, we can nourish our body with high quality food all day long. But to get the physique that you are desire you must train like a high performance athlete. With structure. Intensity. And refinement. Picturing yourself pumping high premium 98 petrol into your Honda but expecting it to run like a Porsche. Doesn't work that way. So in conclusion. It's 100% nutrition and 100% training. Something that I teach my clients in the High Performance Training system.

Recently, I have decided to switch to plant based supplements. Not because I want to be a vegan. Or follow any healthy trend. It's because as I grow older, my body responds better with certain products that doesn't inflame my guts or elevate my stress level. I feel more energised. Sleep better at night. Feeling more focused. Think more clearly. Less stress on my body. And recover much more faster from training with more natural plant based supplements. When you're building observation and self-awareness. Your training and result will always compromised in a positive way.

NEGATIVE SELF-TALK Is something that we must have to let go Nothing can make you lose the motivation for your training and progress faster than not believing in yourself When you slip up, or when you skip a day at the gym, it can be easy to berate yourself and talk negatively about yourself in your own head This will make you lose the motivation to keep trying The best thing to do is to change how you talk to yourself Be kind to yourself and use statements in the third or second person: “You can do it,” or “It’s okay that you skipped today, you’ll try again tomorrow.” The psychological effects on your motivation will be absolutely stunning.
