Here we have a great defensive footwork drill! If you don’t have cones, you can always do this drill in the alley of the box on a lacrosse field. Or two variations and a sideways run and a shuffle. In both, you want to make sure to take open up your hips with the change of direction and take a large drop step in order to mimic moving with a dodging player on the field! lax speed agilitytraining defense lacrosse training cod bbl bigbearlax

Check out my latest video of the advanced to cone drill in my bio. A great drill to improve a player’s first touch and ball control.

The hockey offseason here! The urivaled hockey offseason program is designed to get players bigger stronger and faster on the ice while decreasing the overall risk of injury that most hockey players are susceptible to during the season. 3 phases are put in place 1.structural integrity: After a long hockey season their bodies tend to be broken down and pattern overloaded. So our first phase of programming works on fixing muscular imbalances and aiding in recovering from injuries from the season. 2: Strength: Our second phase of the offseason work on building strength and size to carry over to our speed training. 3. Power: As the offseason starts to come to an end we focus on power and becoming as explosive as possible so that the athlete can get faster and truly dominate the season. Spots are filling fast so DM me for more details about our hockey offseason program! trainunrivaled hockey hockeytraining unrivaled unrivaledathletics unrivalednation sportsperformance strengthandconditioning speedtraining sprints acceleration agilitytraining plyos jumptraining getbetter athletemotivation eastyork northyork leslieville leaside

tein suuren päätöksen agilityyn liittyen, mikä muuttaa varmasti meidän agilitykautta. pelottavaa, mutta lähdetään uuteen kauteen muutaman viikon päästä silti rohkein mielin. kerron tarkemmin tästä päätöksestä hiukan myöhemmin, kun pääsen itsekin sulattelemaan tätä asiaa 🙏🏻 ——— siberianhuskyofinstagram waelceaseganfadetoblack siberianhusky siperianhusky huskyphotography husky huskyofinstagram agilitydog agilitytraining agilityhusky huskyagility happy smile kennelliitto agility iloinenkoira dogsofinstagram dogofinstagram dogsphotography 📷 Johanna Flinck | bwscorgis

Decided to switch it up and do some agility work! Outside was feeling good Didn’t realize the lack of coordination that I had doing these 😂, but it is always a work in progress. Here are a couple of highlights of the agility drills we did. It’s nice to put down the weights and focus on fine tuning the muscles we don’t normally use. All in progress of building the perfect athlete ⠀⠀ Workouts in this video: 1. Single leg hops 2. Side to side shuttle runs ⠀⠀ Also how does the new camera look? Trying something different/testing out new content to see what works best! Stay motivated always 😎 athlete athletictraining mobility agility agilitytraining gopro goproathlete

ATTENTION LADIES: This is what happens when you get off the treadmills and pick up something heavier than 5 lbs. You don't get bulky. You don't look like a man. You'll actually look slimmer because you'll be more lean. Shout out to one of our personal training clients for sharing her story. Please read chrissy_nb ( get_repost) ・・・ I have been working out since the age of 18 it started on my moms nordic track I was your "typical girl" cardio bunny . I never thought to lift weights ever . After having 3 I worked out with a trainer before and was not impressed it was always the same thing nothing changed so I did my own thing lifting and cardio and I would way over do it pretty much lived at the gym. I found this GYM on Instagram Umberger Performance and started to train with danminnicks who is so super intelligent in this field really knows his stuff and takes the time to know you and knows how to train you if you have back issues, knee issues , tennis elbow🙋‍♀️ pregnant women. Not only that I have seen him work with training for sports or with who show no interest in physical activity he makes it fun for them I am so impressed with the training and my own capabilities I never would have realized I had until I gave it a shot Umberger Performance offers awesome classes everyone is great there and NOONE JUDGES all ages all sizes I highly reccomend checking out Dan's page if your looking for a positive change!👊💪 momswholift noticablechanges gettingstronger umbergerperformance danminnicks listentothatchainclink Pittsburghpa pgh theburgh steelcity Pittsburghfitness pittsburghfit strengthandconditioning sportstraining sportsperformance adultfitness bestgyminpittsburgh youthsportstraining grouptraining umbergerperformance morethanagym hockeytraining baseballtraining soccertraining strengthtraining footballtraining softballtraining agilitytraining speedtraining plyometrics

14 miles. Today’s long run featured an agility portion of the event unintentionally. I’ve been avoiding running the trail by the creek because I know they don’t maintain it during the winter. But I thought with all the snow and ice gone, I’d be okay. I was wrong. There was about a 1/2 mile, maybe a little longer, where the entire trail was gone. 👆🏻Fallen trees and huge ice chunks just covered everything. With that 1/2 mile my pacing for the run went right out the window. Despite my little adventure through the creek it was a beautiful day for a run. -2 degrees and not a cloud in sight. That sky is beautiful! My end pace was 10’30 but my split for that one mile was over 15 minutes, and I’m too lazy to do the math for the other 13 😂 run runner running runnersofinstagram marathontraining clearsky workout fitness longrun 14miles mybackhurts agilitytraining badplanning

This weekend was crazy but crazy in a good way. - Yes, we had our ups and downs and little mess ups but I couldn’t be prouder of this dog. I hope the first photo shows that. We got a couple wins for Orlando and Piggy got his TKN. We had a great time and this boy surprised me beyond words. I also got to show a schnauzer and I got a couple majors on him. This weekend was a whirlwind but this dog made it all worth it💕 Photos by Nor Cal Bulldogger

Haven’t done an edit in a wee while, so here you go guyz!🙏🏻😊💖 During the makings of this edit, I became slightly emotional and I guess the reason for that is because this 1/2 minute long video reminded me that Floss and myself have come so far in such a short period of time and that, seriously, that blows my mind.🤯😢😮❤️❤️ When we all wake up to a fresh new day, we should all remember how grateful we should be & how fortunate we are for the people and the animals that we currently have or recently had in our lives because we will never ever understand how lucky we are or were to possess such wonderful relationships until they are truly gone💗💗💗😪🤯 flosstheboss paragraph progress wearesolucky bestgirlie agilitydog dogtraining lauraandfloss videoedit progresssofar agilitytraining bordercollie scotland aberdeenshire bordercollielover doglover
