Do zaliczenia semestru trzeba zaliczyć wszystkie części.

Case 130: This is a person who has a known underlying GI malignancy. Now notice if you look at the pelvis that there are large masses arising in the pelvis, predominantly solid but maybe with a little bit of a cystic component, probably arising from both adnexa. Now obviously, you consider multiple different causes for a solid ovarian mass, but when you have a bilateral solid ovarian masses in a patient with a known underlying GI malignancy, you have to worry about Krukenberg Tumors. And these turned out to be metastatic disease to the ovary.⠀ ⠀ CTisus radiology rad imaging ctscan CT CTRad CTteachingFile research health medicine med meded medstudent radstudent technology ivcontrast tech imaging anatomy diagnosis johnshopkins instamed instamedicine krukenbergtumor gimalignancy

Dr. Larry Zaroff paints a vivid picture of his town’s local “bag woman.” She refuses to be anything less than herself, and though she may not be conventional, she survives Zaroff’s writing captures her personality as well as her struggle. Sympathetic, it is never pitying He writes, “A doctor who worked the emergency department in the county hospital told me Sally had been brought in by an ambulance because of an epileptic seizure. He said that, while in hospital, she complained whenever asked to take her anti-convulsion medication. When Sally reappeared on our streets, I asked about her illness. She explained that she had had “spells,” but was now fine, perfect.” . When performing strength exercises, we try to use correct techniques and precise movement. But what happens when the exercise ends? Why do we flex our spine❓ . We do it because it's comfortable, it's easy and saves energy! The right way or the uncomfortable way requires high muscular effort In a fully flexed spine, the erector spinae muscles are almost at complete rest. Most of the load is on the posterior ligaments, discs, and passive tissues When the spine is neutral, the lumbar erectors have the ability to produce posterior shear force, that is, it can reduce the anterior shear forces In activities that involve high or vertical pressure (such as lifting weight), it is recommended to maintain a straight back (neutral spine) What is the proper technique for lifting a weight off the floor? There is no one way to bend. There are various strategies for bending, choosing the right way depending on the specific functional demands Common techniques for lifting heavy objects: . ➖Deadlift ➖Deadlift with arm support ➖Squat ➖Lunge ➖Lunge with arm support . 🔴Important note🔴 Bending forward is not a contraindication in our daily life. It is a very important movement to be kept and maintained. In many daily activities that do not involve high or vertical pressure - rounding the spine comes naturally In many occasions in life, we need (and should) use segmental rounded bending (in healthy back cases) such as in tying shoelaces, picking a light object off the ground etc. This should be done gently, with bent knees, and involving lots of joints in the entire movement. (In several cases of back pathologies, this pattern should be avoided due to inter-vertebral disc problems) For more fitness motivation and tips follow muscles_union - 🎥: muscleandmotion 🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳 🕳 🕳 muscleandmotion muscleandfitness fitness fitnessapp gym gymnastic training fitnessmotivation fitnesscoach fitnessphysique FitnessTrainer fitnesstips personaltrainer crossfit crossfittraining sportschiro strengthtraining chiro muscles trx cardio anatomy

Israeli researchers have created an entire 3D-printed heart made from human cells in what they say is a world first. The heart doesn't beat and is too small for use in people — it's only about the size of a rabbit's heart. But the little organ is considered a big advance in the ongoing effort to find new treatments for heart disease, the leading cause of death in the United States. "Maybe, in 10 years, there will be organ printers in the finest hospitals around the world, and these procedures will be conducted routinely," Tal Dvir, a researcher with Tel Aviv University's School of Molecular Cell Biology and Biotechnology and the leader of the team of scientists who created the heart.

Fixing shoulder pain often requires the treatment of muscle adhesion due to fibrosis. Fibrosis is when the body lays down collagen fibers, which act like glue between muscle. Overuse off the rotator cuff causes fibrosis, which is the most common cause of shoulder pain and greatly increases risk of degeneration with each decade of life.

Monday’s. Lookin’ forward to lookin’ forward. Learnin’ backward. To look forward🍏. • The mane is growing, so is my hairline, 😅🙃😚. What to do? Get a fade? Shave it off? Let it grow? Bleach? Not likely. I know, I’ll wear a hat 😬🙄😊. Watching ourselves change and evolve is sometimes bittersweet, but someone, somewhere said that in order to allow new gifts 🎁 into our life we have to embrace & own change. Haha, I wonder if they owned their changes. Self righteous memes. Or maybe take a shot at something new. I’d love some straight from the hip thoughts from you guys😳😬😁💥💪🏽. Narcolepsy is a neurological sleep disorder and a subtype of central disorders of hypersomnolence. Hypersomnolence is excessive daytime sleepiness despite sufficient night-time sleep. According to DSM-5,narcolepsy is defined as recurrent episodes of an irrepressible need to sleep, lapses into sleep, or napping occuring within the same day. This should happen at least three times per week, with a period of three consecutive months. One of three minor criteria should also be met: catalepsy (sudden and uncontrollable muscle paralisys with a loss of contact with the environment), hypocretin protein deficiency and REM latency. Narcolepsy is confirmed by polysomnography followed by a multiple sleep latency test darkdiagnosis medicine psychiatry health medschool anatomy med medstudent md hospital ems medical charity rare rotary 4Charity diagnosis dark doctor diagnose life art illustration picture medicalart photo sleep life Evidence based link: https:www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK459236/ https:www.psychiatry.org/psychiatrists/practice/dsm

When I started working as a teacher this year it took me a week to clean my classroom. It was dirty, dusty, roachy, plain and boring. I also had no supplies except markers and scissors. Throughout the year my students have done several projects for both my research (biology lab) and anatomy class. If it wasn’t for them this room would have no life and now it’s filled with color and hard work. I’m ultimately proud of everything I’ve done here and all the work they’ve done all year and everyone who comes in here lets me know. It’s gonna be sad to take it all down in 2 weeks 😫😫😫😫. wearehml 🧡 🧡 🧡 🧡 teachersofinstagram biology womeninscience physiciansassistant doctor nurses stethoscopes anatomy womeninmedicine girlsinscience highschool instapic medicine medstudent bebrave schoolprojects stemgirls
