Mr. RIPP JOHNSON If there is one thing for sure I learned from these tutorial videos, make sure to always wear the right shoes for the appropriate exercise, activity and sport etc I suffered plantar fasciitis in my right foot in the first video wearing the wrong shoes. Yes I know, just doing a demonstration. I was out of training for a whole week.
True story, the same day, a moment before my client was about to do his warm-up set, I mentioned to him you probably want to take your shoes off considering the shoes you have on right now.
And what do you know, I did not follow my own advice. Story of my life. SMH 🤦🏻♂️ Nike shoes I was wearing was not flat and designed for walking, running, every day use and is built For comfortability and is designed with a slight incline allowing the person to feel like they are moving forward
AWESOME& comfortable shoe but not good for Dead lifting needless to say.
