You might not be able to tell, but these are portabellamushroompizza They aren’t the prettiest, but they are so good. 🤗 all I did was take a portabella mushroom, scrape the inside out, add sauce, cheese and pepperoni, and bake them at 400° until they were all melty and delicious 😋. Paired that with a simplesalad of babyspinach, kalamataolives, and nstomatoes. Topped it all with freshbasil and parmesan. A very simple dinner with big flavor!
