Uppdatering efter läkarbesök och provsvar. Tog ett tag att landa i det, har nog inte riktigt landat helt än Iallafall, efter läkarbesöket blev det provtagning. Passade på att ta proverna på en gång eftersom jag struntade i frukost enkom för det. Sköldkörteln ser bra ut, alla vitamin och mineralvärden är bra, blodfetterna är bra och inga spår att kommande klimakterie. Läkaren erbjöd mej bantningpiller. Japp, bantningspiller.💊💉 . Bad om ett sista prov; kolla mina hormoner och pcos. Jag fick som jag ville, men sen kan dom inte ta fler prover, dom har redan tagit allt. Let me set the scene. Big boy bench press day. Feeling good. Feeling strong. Aim to hit 4x110kg. Start off well with 8x60kg. Rest 2 minutes. Continue on to 5x80kg. Did it easy but wasn’t tight. Fix it up next set after 3 minutes rest. Hit 4x100kg. Tight. Good set. 4 minutes rest. Unrack the 110kg. Smoke the 4 reps. I’m an absolute weapon. Think I’m top shit. Decide to try and hit 115kg for 4. 5 minutes rest. Unrack the weight. Shit this is heavy. Get 3 out and should have stopped. Miss the fourth rep. Could have died. Humiliated. Thanks spotter coachkdb. Walk away with my tail between my legs. Moral of the story - Don’t get cocky and miss reps. Have a plan and STICK TO IT!
