Pull day is one of my favourite days because who doesn’t love having a V-Taper and a snatch waist. Here are a couple of my go to work outs: Pendlay Rows: 3x8 • Primary Focus: Upper and mid back Helm Rows: 3x12 • Try adding this to your routine. The pump is real and it’s such an underrate exercise when training both lats and mid to lower back. Polloquin Raise: 3x10 • Want your shoulders to feel like jello, then this the the exercise for you. After doing these for several weeks the results are worth talking about. Focus on slow controlled movements. P.S. Makeup post 💄 Personally, I rather workout without makeup because I almost always end with the sauna and I hate feeling like my pores are getting clogged. Yes, I look like I’m 12 half of the time but my skin stays somewhat clear. I also get so sweaty towards the middle of my workout and I end up looking like a raccoon when all my makeup smears. I understand makeup makes us feel more confident and comfortable, so I’d recommend minimal coverage, like an oil-free or lightweight foundation, lip balm, and/or waterproof mascara. 💋💋💋

Bench 315x16 I wonder if I took this more seriously if I could have been close to 20. Sometimes I just do dumb things when I deload today I told my spotter I don’t know if I feel okay I’ll do a couple reps if not I’ll rack it after a few.
