The classic Volkswagen beetle, 21.5 million of these cars were produced around 18.8 million of these cars were sold in Brazil and Germany. These cars surprisingly only weighed around up to 840 Kg. They were designed by Ferdinand Porsche under a command from Adolf Hitler who wanted a “simple car” for his new road networks in Germany. Public cars were first produced in the 1940’s. The beetles block was a 4 cylinder 1100-1600 CC engine mounted at the back of the car. Even though this particular car looks as old as it does it might actually be the very last Volkswagen beetle produced in Mexico in July 2003. vwbeetleclassiccarqatarclassicmotors20031940germanqatarclassicvolkswagenbeetlevolkswagen
Here's a little Tuesday throwback to dealing with problems as they arisehaving to re fit the steering wheel before we could take my Beetle Rea out for an Island jaunt. Fingers crossed these kind of things won't happen too often in Baloo, but never say never!
So, I was looking for beetle pictures to draw and learned about these golden torsoise beetles.
However, that is not my point.
Can anyone see the smirking man with the Ruff??
I just want to know the original photographer saw that or if this is edited.
