HIIT Full Body Routine 🔥🔥 Read the breakdown carefully.Looks easy but you’ll feel it by the end of round 1 😫 •7 exercises total | 4 rounds for my advance group & 2 rounds for my intermediate & beginner group | 30 secs each exercise ~1. Walking lunges with sprint | Lunges at less 20 steps before returning with a sprint. NO JOGGING! Push yourself to the limit. ~2. GET TO ME KNOW! 💗 My name is Summyrrh (pronounced summer), but you can call me sum. I’m a college student who created this account as a a place to track my fitness journey & hold myself accountable. This page is just for fun. I don’t know everything ab fitness, but I hope to learn something from those that I follow and hopefully shine some light on what I do know about weightlifting / working out so far. Life really is too short to be looking at an IG model and wishing your body looked like theirs.
