So here I sit. 5 full weeks into keto here. Day of battle of the bay morning I was roughly 232lbs. (Bloated AF obviously) generally waking up around 226-228. Tonight I weighed in at 210.0, I usually have a 4 to 6lb drop over night because of water, which would have me wake up around 206-204. Which is insane to me. That number on the scale doesnt appear unless I'm really deep in a cut.
At this point I'm deciding to stop the diet for now and re introduce carbs into my diet. I'm really impressed by how well this worked for dropping weight without suffering. I ate as much as I wanted and only tracked carbs, and loosely at best. Energy was great and training adapted well. Last few days I've felt beat up but that's more of a life accumulating effect of a busy 2 months. I could continue on here for a while longer if I decided too, I just dont have the desire to drop anymore weight honestly. This was cool. I'll do it again at some point I'm sure, would recommend to anyone trying to cut weight that takes the time to do it the right way.
