Keto update: So here I sit. 5 full weeks into keto here. Day of battle of the bay morning I was roughly 232lbs. (Bloated AF obviously) generally waking up around 226-228. Tonight I weighed in at 210.0, I usually have a 4 to 6lb drop over night because of water, which would have me wake up around 206-204. Which is insane to me. That number on the scale doesnt appear unless I'm really deep in a cut. At this point I'm deciding to stop the diet for now and re introduce carbs into my diet. I'm really impressed by how well this worked for dropping weight without suffering. I ate as much as I wanted and only tracked carbs, and loosely at best. Energy was great and training adapted well. Last few days I've felt beat up but that's more of a life accumulating effect of a busy 2 months. I could continue on here for a while longer if I decided too, I just dont have the desire to drop anymore weight honestly. This was cool. One hell of a leg day as per usual intensity through the roof. Was able to hit 275 ass to grass on the hack squat for 10 before I failed. I don’t think I’ve ever seen or encountered another human at this World Gym who works harder than I do. That’s solely because I’ve had a high standard to meet with those I hold close to me and associate with such as my big bro livelikemike hardest working man in Australian bodybuilding and that’s no lie and obviously Jordan Peters too over in UK. Legs is the telltale sign of intensity if you can walk out of here like you walked in without wanting to spew or pass out you didn’t give it your everything. Like tomplatz says I’d rather die than leave the gym a loser. Intensity! Go get it guys!
