What you think of this credenza we built It’s a little bit different than the usual tables we build so we would love some feedback!
The steel frame starts as flat sheets of 16 ga steel and it gets laser cut and formed into pans with locator holes. Then the pans get welded up into this unit. The locator holes allows the welder to assemble the entire unit without even using a tape measure. Of course the locator holes are all hidden and they aren’t visible on the final piece.
After the unit is welded up, it gets a coat of paint at the Powder Coaters.
Once it’s back from powder coating, we build the shelves and drawer bank (using grasscanada soft close slides) and then do the final assembly.
We can custom make these with your choice of wood species, powder coat color and drawer/shelf configuration!

Solid morning today! Listened to my body and decided to do some hip thrusts instead of deadlifts. Amazing seminar yesterday by ihviiimattvincent had me doing heavy bench press, back squat, deadlifts and push press 🔥. Absolutely wiped today but still went after it 💪🏾. Last 2 exercises are perfect for engaing your core if you're looking to switch up your routine. Superset those 2 at the end your workout for great finisher 👍🏽 A1. BB hip thrust 3 x 8

B1. Double KB walking lunges 3 x 8 (each leg)
