•Update on my health: I am currently recovering from having strep throat, thank god it’s basically gone. I have been drinking lots of water and electrolyte drinks(Powerade zero-is my go to) to fight off illness that may occur(let’s pray I don’t get sick again for quite awhile!) I literally cannot stand having to be sick, especially since this winter semester started, I have been drowning with a different illness “almost” every week. As a result, I have been over stressed, and going into deep depression, so, I am dealing with a lot of that lately. Furthermore, I have taken a break from my art account, because I have lost a little inspiration and belief in my own art. As well as, since school is almost over, I am working overtime for projects to get done (or re-done) and that’s taken a toll on me. I am trying my best.
Keto: As some of you are aware, keto is doing great so far and for those who are new, hello! I started Keto on January 1, 2019 at 250lbs and today, I weighed in at 216. I track my carb intake everyday, and i try to limit myself between 30-50 grams a day! There are days where they have been bad and I have gone over, but that’s because of being stressed/sick, but I still write down everything, so that I can go back on track and remind myself, that in the long run, this is worth it
