This week I have mostly been eating
1. A sexualness of a steak (barbecued, in the rain I might add - standard practice being married to a South African) served with a salad and pinchofnom loaded potato skins - soooo good!
2. Chicken Stir fry - bag of prepared stir fry veg from Saino’s, chicken breast pieces and a garlic, soy sauce and red chilli sauce. Delicious.
3. Weird salad of leftovers - chicken satay pieces, tomatoes, grated carrot, leaves and some antipasti peppers I had left over, a singular falafel and drkargs crispbread with hummus. Surprisingly yummers.
4. My fave makeandbrew club sandwich - bacon, chicken, cheese, rocket, all the big names, makes for the best sandwich in Southampton. Also had a divine Belgian bun. 😊
All of these are absolutely part of a healthy, balanced diet and can be eaten when trying to lose weight too.
