Why do we need healthy plantseed fats anyway?
Fat is a type of nutrient, and just like protein and carbohydrates, your body needs some fat for energy, to absorb vitamins, and to protect your heart and brain health.
Again, I want to make sure to tell you to consume healthy fats ONLY (I will talk more about this in my upcoming posts. I will also discuss why you have to make sure you know how the oil you buy has been extracted)
