Working out seven days a week and maintaining a PERFECT diet is NOT always realistic. Neither is starving your body! And trust me, I’ve tried both 🤦🏼♀️ and am in such a better place now because I’m NOT following these “norms” of society!
What DOES work and that IS 💯% possible, though, is finding the b a l a n c e between fitness and healthy eating to live your happiest, healthiest life. 🤸🏼♀️ And it just so happens that it's my passion to help women do just that!
