Today's workout included the following: GHD Banded Hyper Extension, Barbell Hip Thrust, Front Lever (more on this in a second), Dead Body Pull (on sliders) and finished off with 2 HIIT circuits (just to get a full hour in of exercising). ⏺ For the Front Lever (the two videos included here) - After analyzing all of the videos that I have recorded of me doing this - I have come to the conclusion that 1) my core stability is lacking a bit 2) holding up your body against gravity will humble you! ⏺ With regards to the core stability - my trunk tends to 'sink' whenever fatigue starts to set in - so I'll have to work on that 😀

So went for a throw 🤾‍♂️🥏 with this legend 🤩😲 named Hanna who taught me 📚 some new phrases 🤔💬 which I’m gonna try out for all of you 👍👊, my good mates 🤝🥰 So started the day ☀️❄️ with a morning run 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ because Melbourne sure turned 🔛 the weather for me 🙌🧢, then went for a throw 🥏🤹‍♂️ and focused on getting as much touch 🛫🛸 on the disc 🥏 as I could (Hanna’s throws were alright I guess as well 🏅👌) then devoured a milkshake 🥤😋 which left me up to Dolly’s wax 😫🤔, did a core workout at home 🏡 because I was bored 😴 (flex 💪) then went down to work 🏉 and did some Physio stuff 👨‍⚕️🕵️‍♂️ on some athletes 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️, then went down to league 🥏🕰 and played about 1 and a half games-ish 😵🥴 and had a good time doing it 👍🙏, then went off to the gym 🏋️‍♂️💥 and bob’s your uncle 😮!
