The first pop up will be done by Chef Samuel Stymest who has been cooking and baking since childhood, spending many of his summers and holidays in cooking schools. During culinary school, Sam interned under chef LaurenHirschberg at Craft Bar. After leaving the CraftedHospitalityGroup, Chef Stymest went on to work at a variety of restaurants around New Jersey including Italian, French, Greek and new American. Sam is currently working for Restaurant Associates at Google in Chelsea, where he delights Googlers with a range of casual fine dining meals every day.
In his pop-up, Chef Stymest strives to make food-to-table dining more accessible, including under-utilized parts of foods, and combining unusual ingredients to delight and arouse the palates of his guests
