benches moved a lil slower this morning I worked up to 85% x 6 for my last set of volume benches🙈 it was fun, but then the metcon of push presses and medball push-ups (see story) finished me off Overall it was a good day of work, I might hit the treadmill later tonight and power through some cardio sometimes it's the things we like the least make us that much better.
