I need to do better with taking progress photos for comparison. I haven’t been stepping on the scale lately. I did measure about a week ago and I had some change in a couple of areas. But I’ve been having a hard time seeing any differences. I’ve been consistent for the last three months and I’ve made better choices with food. I can see some changes when comparing these two pictures and it makes me feel better. Knowing I really am making good changes and it really is paying off. I've been going back to training, little by little and I'm slowly getting back at it! Today and for the weeks coming I want to train with more bodyweight and more cardio. Increase my flexibility and slowly get the numbers down on the scale. Here is what I did: 🔹️20min rowing starting slow for warm up and getting my HR going 💪 🔹️20x5 squats with 4kg ball throw against the wall. I love this exercise: warms up the shoulders and gets your daily squat quota 😅 🔹️ 30x3 over head press with 2.5kg + 10x2 over head press with 5 kg (I'm weak I know) 🔹️ 5x3 deadlift (40kg). I'm so sad to see how much I lost. PR was 55kg. But soon I'll be back at my best shape! 💪💪🤞 🔹️ abs: several planks and other fun activities. I love training abs. I just had a great upper body work out last night‼️💪🏽 I wasn't able to go to the gym Monday or Tuesday because I had Staff Duty Monday night and then a PT test Wednesday morning. So I had to compensate for the missed days and work my upper body as a whole. It's not my ideal workout. I much prefer a push-pull-legs split, but I had to catch myself up for the week, and I made the best of it.
