PANCAKES COCCO-BANANA-LIMONE con yogurt di soia, semi di chia e crema al cacao 😍💥💣 𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕚 •10 gr di farina di riso •10 gr di farina di avena integrale •15 gr di farina di cocco degrassata 🥥 •120 gr di albumi •35 gr di yogurt di soia al naturale •60 gr di banana matura schiacciata 🍌 •cannella •scorza di limone 🍋 •1cucchiaino di idrolitina+acqua/succo di limone Per il “pudding” (non so come chiamarlo😂) di semi di chia: •65 gr di yogurt di soia al naturale •un cucchiaio scarso di acqua •3-5 gr di semi di chia Per la crema al cacao: •10 gr di cacao amaro in polvere 🍫 •acqua calda qb •5 gr di sciroppo d’ acero 🍁 Procedimento: Schiacciate la banana in una ciotola capiente, aggiungete poi gli albumi e montateli leggermente a mano con una frusta, continuate con lo yogurt di soia, la cannella e la scorza di limone. Mescolate bene il tutto e aggiungete gli ingredienti secchi, incorporandoli delicatamente. Fate reagire idrolitina con acqua e/o succo di limone e cuocete l’impasto in una padella antiaderente preriscaldata sul fuoco (fiamma bassa). Per ogni pancake ho usato circa 1 cucchiaio e mezzo di impasto; aspettate che si creino delle bollicine sulla superficie dei pancakes, a quel punto girateli e fateli cuocere anche dall’altro lato fino a doratura completa. Trasferiteli su un piatto e preparate il chia pudding semplicemente mescolando lo yogurt di soia, acqua e semi di chia, ponendo il composto in frigo per tutta la notte; se volete potete anche aggiungere aromi o sciroppi, io lo preferisco così. Hoy, después de comenzar un nuevo reto de 21 días, para seguir perdiendo % de grasita y activar el cuerpo para empezar el día con energía🔋os quiero enseñar esta maravilla y facilísima receta de 🥥 Esta receta se la vi a burpee_vet y me encantó porque soy muy fan del coco rallado y más después de haber probado estas bolitas 😋✨ Si tú también las quieres hacer anota ✍️ ✳️Tan sólo se necesitas 4 ingredientes, (yo para 5 unidades use): 👉50 gr. Coco rallado 👉45 gr. Aceite de coco. 👉Edulcorante (al gusto). 👉Chocolates para fundir (al gusto). Yo he usado esas cantidades pero vosotr s podéis variar esas cantidades, ya que igual de bueno os va a salir 💖 ✳️Proceso: 👉En un bol, colocamos el coco rallado, el aceite de coco y el edulcorante.
