Mushrooms bruschetta and tomatoe bruschetta is a tasty and easy, light meal idea that you can put together if you have a few minutes to spare. I’ve used a Baguette stick, slice at an angle into chunks, drizzle with olive oil and grill till crunchy and golden. Meanwhile toss chopped mushrooms in butter, soy sauce and oyster sauce, sauté till the mushrooms reduce in quantity. Next toss chopped tomatoes in the same recipe of butter, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Spoon on the toast and serve. For the veg snack holders, it gets chefy😂, pinch the middle of the bread out (yep pinch) and make a cavity big enough to hold the chopped veg. Serve with the toast.
