I had such a GREAT time this past weekend. Hung out with my seester, went shopping, did some sight seeing, and had some awesome food and drinks! I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD SWIM I REMEMBER 6 MONTHS AGO I COULD BARELY DO 25 MTS WITHOUT STOPPING AND HERE I AM SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN 🌊 AND DIDN’T STOP AT ALL WHICH WAS MY MAIN GOAL, LAST RACE MY SWIM WAS TERRIBLE NOT ONLY FOR THE TIME BUT FOR THE EXPERIENCE IT WAS VERY SCARY. THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT I KEPT SAYING TO MY SELF IF I DID IT ON THE TRAINING I CAN DO IT TODAY I CAN I CAN ITS OKAY WHILE FOCUSING ON MY BREATHING AND IT WORKED 😅 I GOT TO T1 PERFECT NOT DIZZY AND VERY HAPPY, IMPROVED A LOT MY TIME HERE TOO, I WAS SUPER EXITED FOR THE BIKE AS IS MY STRENGTH AND IT WAS THE ROUTE I DO EVERY DAY 💆🏻‍♀️ MY PERFORMANCE WAS AMAZING BETTER THAN WHAT I EXPECTED AND THE GOOD THING IS THAT I ENJOYED EVERY SECOND OF IT HERE I PASSED A LOT OF THE GIRLS THAT SWIM BETTER THAN ME THEN ON T2 I WAS FAST TOO DIDNT EVEN PUT SOCKS ON AND FORGOT TO DRINK THE GEL 🏃🏻‍♀️ STARTED OFF WITH ENERGY AND MY LEGS WERE STRONG BUT HEART RATE UP TO THE SKY TRIED TO SLOW DOWN TO RECOVER BUT NAH HAD TO KEPT GOING LIKE THAT, IT WASN’T MY BEST RUN IT WAS OK BUT I KNOW I CAN DO BETTER LAST MILE I WAS STRUGGLING AND SLOWING DOWN THEN I SAW MY COACH vsoulavy WHO PUSHED ME WHEN MY MIND WAS TRICKING ME!
