My husband is my hero. He took care of a middle of the night sickness situation with our 6YO, AND slept on the bathroom floor with her. I was up for an hour to calm her down, and another worrying. Not bad.
I got up and worked out. 💪When we got home, the couch called to me. I said no.
I put my workout clothes where I’ll see them in the morning. Habit.🧦 👟
I roasted tons of sweet potatoes (see my story) and meal prepped. Habit. 🍠
I prepped a couple shakes, and fed the fam. Habits. 🥒
Consistency and planning ahead keeps me on track.
